Free Trial
Your 14-day free trial is completely free. No payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact support to request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, create a support ticket from your dashboard with the subject "Refund Request" and include your invoice number. Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: charges for usage beyond the billing period, fees for custom integrations or professional services, and charges incurred after the 30-day window for yearly plans.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
