Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BhojMitra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Subscription & Billing
BhojMitra offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Your free trial lasts 14 days, after which you must choose a paid plan to continue. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping data, or using the platform for any illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to BhojMitra. We do not claim ownership of your restaurant data, inventory records, or business information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
Service Availability
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may be performed when required, and we are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
BhojMitra, its logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
Limitation of Liability
BhojMitra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
